Bleni pass is at a low altitude but steep and arduous pass. It is frequented mostly by Gaddis from the nearby villages because of extensive pasturelands. Cluster of dense conifers and different kinds of perennial flowers are a rare treat offered by this place. The distances are longer along this pass as compared to Minkiani pass. This trek is a trekker’s delight as it passes through deep and dense forest of mixed variety.

Day 1: - Mcleodganj to Salli village by road via Chambi and Shahpur 55km 2 hours and then trek to Rahela campsite from Salli hydro project (2500mts) 3 to 4 hrs.
The trek starts from Salli village Hydro Project. It takes about 3 to 4 hrs at steady pace to reach Rahela (2500mts). This is a very well defined and easy trek which passes through Chandrela temple and then to Rahela. Over night camp at Rahela.

Day 2: - Rahela campsite to Nagaar Lake/Minkiani gote over Bleni Pass (3710M) 7 to 8 hours.
This is a steep, arduous, straight and longer climb from the Rahela camp. The trek goes over rocky cliffs and icy patches. The climb becomes moderate easy before the pass but then one is rewarded adequately for one’s efforts by the sublime views of Kangra valley and central Himalayas as seen from the pass. Further it takes about 1 and half hour to reach Nagaar/Minkiani Gote from here.

Day 3: - Nagaar Lake/Minkiani Gote to Lamdal Lake and back to Drakund 20km.
The route from here to Lamdal is not very difficult. One must walk with a slow pace initially. It takes only two hours to reach at Lamdal lake. It is the biggest and deepest lake in the Dhauladhar range. From Lamdal Lake the trek descends to the valley floor along Lamdal stream; the route is clear and at certain places involves crossing over streams. This trek becomes very tiring with a drop in the altitude from 3900m to 1800m.

Day 4: - Drakund to Barai village and then to Dunali 9km.
Drakund onward to Dunali is a bridle path. The trek passes through beautiful villages and takes 2 to 3 hrs at an easy pace to reach at Barai village.
