Jalsu Pass is one of the easiest pass in Dhauladhar mountain ranges at an elevation of 3600m. The pass is accessible round the year for trekkers.
Indrahara pass provides a very scenic view of both Kangra and Chamba valleys and offers distant view of the middle and Great Himalayas.
Gag pass is located to the left of Bhimghasutri pass (4580m). The climb is precipitous and demanding but negotiable with sacred Lamdal lake.
The day hike from Mcleodganj to Triund hill base camp is a basic 9 km gradual trek, which passes through Dharamkot village and Galu devi temple.
Guna Devi temple is located 8kms from Kareri village. The temple is placed at the elevation of 2320mts. Guna Devi temple is a pilgrimage center.
Snowline or Illaqua gote is situated below Indrahara Pass at an elevation of 3200mts. This is one of the beautiful trek, which gains height gradually.
The trek from kareri village to Kareri Lake is a stony trail and mostly climbs to the left side of the kareri Lake. It leads to the mystical snowfed lake.
This trek has always been the center of attraction for trekkers and mountaineers to really learn about the lives of local gaddis who live here.
This is a fine and pleasent trek passing through innumerable water streams, rivulets, deep and dense jungle with rich fauna and flora of Himalayas.
